All documents or websites transmitted or published in this context and all information made acces-sible in any way whatsoever shall remain the property of JOSANA MEDI:CAL.PRO:JECT.–.Conceptors

The "Interested Party" [="Applicant"] named below undertakes to use the disclosed s t r i c t l y
c o n f i d e n t i a l information -- marked as "confidential" or not -- only for evaluation and profes-
sional assessment and analysis with a view to possible joint utilisation [.'.S t r a t e g i c..C o o p e r -
a t i o n.'.] to use.
This agreement does not constitute and create any licence rights or other rights of use of the "In-terested Party" to the..s t r i c t l y..c o n f i d e n t i a l..information and findings of the JOSANA 
MEDI:CAL PRO:JECT – Conceptors., neither expressly nor in any other way.
 
§ 06 [NDA+PA]
 
All JOSANA MEDI:CAL.M.R.I.•.S.C.A.N PRO:JECT –.Information made accessible and available in this context is subject to general confidentiality and a requirement of secrecy., including with regard to applications for industrial property rights that have not yet been published.
The JOSANA MEDI:CAL PRO:JECT – Conceptors for themselves reserve the sole and unrestricted right to further property right applications., trademark applications., design applications and patent applications., no matter in which country.
 
§ 07 [NDA+PA]
 
Information within the meaning of this declaration and subject of confidentiality.is all commercial.,
business., financial., technical or other information about the JOSANA MEDI:CAL LONG:TERM DIS-EASE:PREVENTION M R I+MRA/MRB/MRC •.SCREENING ["S C A N"] PRO:JECT -- regardless of its type., nature and its origin -- and regardless of whether they are made accessible and available in 
writing., verbally respectively conversationally or orally, visually or by inspection or in any other 
way, or of which the COMPANY or INSTITUTION* specified below ["Interested Party"] can be 
taken into account and are considered information that must be kept secret in accordance with 
the provisions of this Confidentiality–Agreement.
§ 08 [NDA+PA]
 
The "Interested Party".-- specified below -- interested in a '.S t r a t e g i c..C o o p e r a t i o n.' 
undertakes to keep the..s t r i c t l y..c o n f i d e n t i a l..information about the JOSANA MEDI:CAL 
M R I • S C A N PRO:JECT with its extensive structures and the revolutionary service–portfolio and
the planned JOSANA MEDI:CAL – F o u n d a t i o n s..are kept secret and to make them accessible
only to those of its own employees and contractual partners who need to know about them in order
to fulfill the cooperation test and audit and with whom a dedicated confidentiality agreement has 
been concluded., unless they are already obliged to maintain confidentiality on the basis of their 
(.employment.) contractual–relationships.

§ 09 [NDA+PA].
 
The Confidentiality–Obligation hereby shall apply retroactively and for an indefinite period of time.,
from the date ("point–in–time") on which the "Interested Party" and/or its employees (.including

the planned JOSANA MEDI:CAL M R.I.•.S.C.A.N PRO:JECT – Structures and the extremely extensive JOSANA MEDI:CAL – Service.–.Portfolio and the future n.o.n.–.p.r.o.f.i.t JOSANA MEDI:CAL.– F o u n -
d a t i o n s..obtain or may have acquired.

§ 10 [NDA+PA].
 
The COMPANY or INSTITUTION* ["Applicant"] -- referred to as the "Interested Party" -- interest-
ed in a JOSANA MEDI:CAL M R.I • S C A N PRO:JECT – C O O P E R A T I O N..and –.P A R T I C I -
P A T I O N., as specified below., undertakes not to use the s t r i c t l y..c o n f i d e n t i a l informa-tion made available or made accessible to it., nor to use it for oneself or for third parties or to dis-close or make it accessible to third parties in whole or in part., unless this is expressly permitted by
the JOSANA MEDI:CAL PRO:JECT – Conceptors • Z I M M E R M A N N..& R E H N I S C H • by writ-ten consent.
Accordingly, all necessary measures and precautions must be taken to prevent unauthorized access 
into and use of the..s t r i c t l y..c o n f i d e n t i a l..information by third parties.
 
§ 11 [NDA+PA]
 
The information and agreements contained in this "N O N.–.D I S C L O S U R E.–.A G R E E M E N T"
["GEHEIMHALTUNGS–ERKLÄRUNG"/"N D A"] and in the ".P R I O R I T Y.–.A P P R O V A L" ["PRIO-
RITÄTS–ANERKENNNTNIS"/"P A"] shall apply and are valid for an unlimited period of time and shall also apply in the event that the offered cooperation in the form of a '.S t r a t e g i c..C o o p e r a -
t i o n.' does n o t materialise.
The present obligation of confidentiality shall therefore continue to apply even if the intended con-tract for the offered '.S t r a t e g i c..C o o p e r a t i o n.' does not materialise or come about or has
ended or is terminated., unless the developments are now obvious., for which the."Interested Par-ty" [="Applicant"] specified in more detail below solely bears the burden of proof.
 
§ 12 [NDA+PA]
 
O n l y [!]..those "Interested Parties" (.COMPANIES and INSTITUTIONS*) ".i n v o l v e d
r i g h t  f r o m  t h e  s t a r t  a n d  t h e  b e g i n n i n g."..into the worldwide JOSANA
MEDI:CAL M R I • S C A N..PRO:JECT..as '.B U I L D I N G–U P :.C O O P E R A N T S.' and as
'.B U I L D I N G–U P :.P A R T I C I P A N T S.' in accordance with the JOSANA MEDI:CAL 
PRO:JECT – Statutes are able to become '.C o o p e r a t i o n.–.P a r t n e r s.' and '.P a r -
t i c i p a t i o n.–.P a r t n e r s.' of the future "JOSANA MEDI:CAL WORLD:GROUP" and the

n o t materialise and n o t come into action and the intended contract for the proposed cooperation

MEDI:CAL –.".T R A D E S." does..n o t..materialise or is..t e r m i n a t e d., the "Interested Party" 
[="Applicant"] specified below shall immediately hand over without delay all in connection with the

to the favour and benefit of the JOSANA MEDI:CAL PRO:JECT – Conceptors • Z I M M E R M A N N
&..R E H N I S C H..•..a Contractual Penalty [="Vertragsstrafe"] in the amount of 250.000 Euros [.in
words : two hundred and fifty tousand Euros.] for each (=.per.) breach of contract., whereby the JO-SANA MEDI:CAL PRO:JECT – Conceptors reserve the right to claim further damages.
The Payment of the contractual penalty does n o t release the "Interested Party" named below from compliance with the respective contractual obligations.

The JOSANA MEDI:CAL PRO:JECT – Conceptors • Z I M M E R M A N N..&..R E H N I S C H • do not 
guarantee that the application or use of their s t r i c t l y..c o n f i d e n t i a l information does not 
infringe the rights of third–parties or cause other damage ; furthermore., the JOSANA MEDI:CAL 
PRO:JECT – Conceptors are n o t liable for any damage caused by the violation or infringement of third–party rights or of other damage.
 
§ 17 [NDA+PA]
 
Should one or more provisions or requirements of this agreement be or become legally invalid., this 
shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and requirements ; invalid provisions and re-
quirements shall be deemed to be replaced by a provision or requirement that comes closest to the
intended purpose.
§ 18 [NDA+PA]
 
All changes and amendments., supplements or additions must be made exclusively in writing and 
with reference to this contract and must be signed in a legally binding manner by both contracting 
parties.
"Collateral Agreements" are not and have not been made.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, E.U., based on 
the laws of the European Union.

of the JOSANA MEDI:CAL M R I • S C A N PRO:JECT., which are permanently accessible to any
"Interested Party", have been taken note of and expressly accepted by means of the "N D A" +
"P A".– Signature.
The solely and only valid versions of the '.IMPRINT.', of the '.GDPR.'/'.DSGVO.', of the '.Right–
to–Object–to–Contact.', of the '.GoBD.', of the '.PRIVACY POLICY.' (.'.Data Protection Declara-tion.'.) and of the "N O N – D I S C L O S U R E –.A G R E E M E N T" ["GEHEIMHALTUNGS–ERKLÄ-RUNG"/"N D A"] and of the in it embedded "P R I O R I T Y –.A P P R O V A L" ["PRIORITÄTS–AN-
